How will the presentations work?
Teams will present to the judges on Friday, April 25, 2003. Each team will present its plan for 45 minutes total, roughly 30 minutes to present and 15 minutes for questions and answers from the judges. Note that there’s no telling what the judges may ask or do. They may not even wait until your presentation is over before they launch into questions.
Your team members (no more than three) and accompanying faculty sponsor (if required) will be sent to Detroit, Michigan to present in-person to Chevrolet and EdVenture Partners executives (all expenses paid). Will our team be penalized if we do not submit supplemental materials such as a video diary, ad mock-ups, humor videos, or other materials that expand upon our submission? No. Although we strongly encourage supplemental materials, they are not part of the submission judging criteria and will not be judged for the competition. However, by submitting supplemental materials, you are agreeing to allow the Sponsor (Chevrolet) and its agents to use these materials for public relations and media purposes. Are there any limitations to the supplemental materials? No, as long as the content of the supplemental materials is relevant to the competition and/or your submission. These materials are another opportunity to showcase your ideas, skills, talents, and/or humor to the general public ev
