Smith Barney Access offers a paper enrollment process for clients who do not want to register online. Please complete the PDF application: Client Application and Authorization Form. After you return this form to your Financial Advisor, you will receive a temporary User Name and Password through the mail in separate envelopes with instructions on how to use Smith Barney Access. This process is also available to certain account types that may not register online, for example Smith Barney Trust Accounts (Account Type SBD). If you have additional questions, please call our Online Client Service Center at 1-800-221-3636 or contact your Financial Advisor.
