I filed my Intent to Graduate Form, but I’m not going to graduate when I indicated on the form. Do I need to file a new Intent to Graduate Form?

If the anticipated graduate is the only information included on the form that has changed, you may simply call the Graduation Coordinator at (615) 898-2153 and give the new graduation date. If you prefer, you may submit a new Intent to Graduate Form.
