I forgot my Zipit password, how do I reset it?

If you have forgotten the password to log on to your Zipit you can reset it. This is done by typing ZIPIT in capital letters in the password field, then press the MyFriendz™ key followed by the Next key. For security reasons when you reset your Zipit password all of your user settings are cleared and you will need to enter your account information, and any wireless WPA or WEP keys again.
