I have a trapped nerve in my back which is causing pain down my leg.Is the Back Pain relief guide anygood?
I too have never seen this website but…. In September of 1983, after many years of pain in my lower back I had two discs removed. Lower lumbar region 4 & 5. Physio for 3 months and I was back driving my truck on the continent. Many years later, I was diagnosed as having scar tissue growing on the nerve in my spine. Continuous pain of varying degrees. I am now and have been for the last 12 years registered disabled and use a walking stick for support. In the beginning it was brushed off as a nerve trapped. Then it went to a disc out. You must seek proper medical help before you do anything. A note here; I put a bar between two walls in our house and used to hang from it for as long as possible. Your spine is in a straight line and I did feel some benefit. Good luck my friend……
