I have heard that the Jamaicans in public places are very pushy, do you have helpfull hints?
Yes, there are people in the public areas that have goods to sell and can be very pushy. Tell them you are not interested and just keep walking. If there is something you wish to buy and feel that they are overcharging you, you can barter with them for a lower price. In some areas there are people trying to sell drugs, if you do not wish to purchase, just be firm and say no!! It is your choice to deal with the sales people or not! We have access to our private beach where they are not allowed to bother you!!
