I need to pick up my or someone else’s Social Security or benefits check, completed passport, or completed Consular Report of Birth Abroad, but that is not an option on the Appointment page. What do I do?
Customers picking up benefits checks or completed Consular Reports of Birth Abroad or passports may come to the Consular Section during full or limited service hours to pick up their documents or checks. An appointment is not necessary. Please pick a number when you arrive at the outdoor waiting area. We strongly recommend that you come on Tuesday or Thursday afternoons between 1 pm and 3:30 pm for pick-up services as wait times will be significantly shorter.
