I would like to run rabbit plasma in one of your CorrelateTM EIA kits, but I see a statement that samples containing rabbit IgG may interfere in the assay. Is there any way around this?

If a sample contains endogenous IgG from the same species as the capture antibody used on the plate, it will be necessary to remove the native immunoglobulins. This can be done by precipitating out the sample IgG prior to running the assay or by extracting the samples with the extraction protocol suggested in the kit insert.
