Dial-up access is not included with a standard High-speed DSL account unless you have specifically requested the addition of Dial-Up access. This service is available for an additional fee; please contact PenTeleData’s Customer Service Department at (800)281-3564. However, PenTeleData UNLEASHED is available to all High-speed DSL customers at no additional fee.
