I’m 67 and want to do a course at my local college. It has an upper age limit of 65 stated under the requirements, what can I do?

It would be unlawful for the college to set an age limit, unless they can justify it, or it comes under one of the exemptions in the new law. Providing courses for working age people is not an argument, as at 67 you may still want to work.
