This is a bad idea, for several reasons. An NFL team in Toronto would kill their CFL team, which would kill the league. All of Canada would retaliate in every way possible. Also the NFL likes having another league around, to somewhat act like a minor or development league, especially after the demise of Arena Football. It is also possible that the CFL would file an anti-trust lawsuit against the NFL, and every previous one has cost the NFL millions.
