Answer Calina, I would say that ineffective communication is definitely linked to HIGHER turnover in organizations. Just consider it is one of many possible reasons a person would leave an employer. The communication itself can be poor, but often it is the underlying domino effect of what poor communication causes. These ripples from poor communication and frustration often result in people leaving their jobs for other reasons that are somehow resulted from the poor communication or failure to effectively communicate.
