Mayor Michael Bloomberg will present keys to the city to the Yankees at the ceremony, which begins Friday at 1 p.m. after the ticker-tape parade. Fans 18 years and older can enter the giveaway from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. Thursday at www.nyc.gov/parade or access the entry form through the mayor’s office Twitter page at www.twitter.com/NYCMayorsOffice.
