Is the song “Blood On Blood” based on a true story?
The song is based on a group of friends that Jon had in High School. Bobby and Dorothea dated in High School, but when almost all of them went away to the military (except Jon) he ‘stole’ Dorothea away and they started dating instead. As we all know, Jon wanted to remain in New Jersey and play rock ‘n’ roll.
