Is there an alternative to submitting the Resource Asset Registration Form (RARF) other than by “Authorized Representative”?
ERCOT requires Resource registered information to be authorized by the Authorized Representative (AR) or Officer of the Resource Entity as registered with ERCOT. There are two methods to submit a RARF: 1. by using the digital certificate of the AR (Primary or Backup) to submit the RARF attached to a Service Request created in Texas Market Link (TML); or 2. by submitting the RARF Authorization form and completed RARF to ERCOT Legal in electronic form.
