Is there information available regarding my fines, fees and restitution and making payments?

Yes. Once you have made a plea or have been found guilty or responsible of a violation, you have an obligation to pay your fines on the date of sentencing. When you plead “Guilty” or “No Contest” to criminal violations or “Responsible” to civil violations, you must make full payment for all fines/sanctions owed. Note: All fines, sanctions, fees and restitution are due in full on the day of sentencing. To calculate the total amount due on a civil citation, refer to the Fine/Fee Schedule on the bond card given to you by the officer at the time your citation was issued. If you did not receive a bond card, refer to the Fine/Fee Schedule in the Resources. Add the fine for each violation on the citation. If you are not sure of the violation charged or the fine due, you will have to come to the Court or contact the Court at 480-816-5103. To allow for data entry, please wait at least one week after the violation date before calling the Court.
