At YesLiberia, stewardship, transparency, character, commitment, honesty, trustworthiness and accountability are integral part of everything we do — because we are aware that every resource entrusted to us can transform real children’s lives. As part of our duties, we optimize resources and distribute them where they are needed most. We carefully monitor and review programs and costs, use donations and grants for their intended purposes, and look for ways to leverage funds for maximum impact. In addition, we continually strive to keep our overhead rate low. Our goal is to make sure, 90 percent of our total revenue go to the programs that benefit children, families, and communities in need. And we strive to make sure ONLY 10% of our revenue goes toward expenses. Our effectiveness has earned the trust and support of more young Liberian donors than any other Liberian organization around the globe.
