Ive e-mailed Team LinuxCBT and have yet to receive a response. What happened?
A22. We make every attempt to respond to inquiries the same business day. However, users of public e-mail services, GMAIL in particular, will not receive messages from LinuxCBT to their ‘Inbox’, which appears as though we have not responded. GMAIL consistently labels our correspondences as SPAM, consequently sending mails from LinuxCBT to the ‘Spam’ folder. The Google-suggested workaround is to find messages from LinuxCBT in the ‘Spam’ folder and label them as ‘Not Spam’. This will move the message(s) to your ‘Inbox’ and allow subsequent messages to flow. Additionally, you may add ‘sales@LinuxCBT.com’ and ‘support@LinuxCBT.com’ to your ‘Contacts’ list (address book) and GMAIL will always deliver the message directly to your ‘Inbox’ from those senders.
