Karuna Reiki® What is it?
Karuna Reiki® is a special type of Reiki. The word “karuna” is a sanskrit word translated to mean “compassionate action.” It is the motivating quality of all enlightened beings who work to end earthly suffering. Thus Karuna Reiki® is a heart-centered type of healing which enhances and connects us with this compassionate action. I am a registered Karuna Reiki® teacher with the International Center for Reiki Training. This is the Center founded by William Rand, who formalized this type of Reiki. My Karuna Reiki® students will automatically become registered with the Center upon successful completion of the course. Violet Flame Reiki® What is it? VFR® is a type of Reiki that harnesses the powerful essence of the Violet Flame. This Violet Flame surrounds all humans. It transmutes negative energy, so this method of Reiki focuses on cleansing and balancing, especially of the emotional and spiritual bodies.
