A “tarball” of the package is available locally as but you might want to do a Google.com search to check for an updated version. You also might want to use (or adapt) this simple csh script for processing diagrams and popping up xdvi with the revised version. (It kills old intermediate files, to avoid confusing xdvi and dvips.) This other script uses Metapost instead of Metafont.
