Respuesta: No. PortsLock trabaja únicamente en Windows NT 4.0/2000/XP y es imposible instalarlo en Windows 95/98 o Windows Me. Sin embargo, si se quisiera tener nivel de control de acceso para las conexiones TCP/IP en Windows 9x/Me, se puede considerar un producto de una tercera parte, – Internet Access Scheduler desarrollado por Shatran Software.
