Resolved Question: Anything on Mosin Nagant Info?
Hi everyone. I really enjoy classic firearms and I recently came across a M91/30 Mosin Nagant at my local Gander Mountain. I have a few questions on them. I have heard very bad remarks about their triggers, but with the great price of the rifle, I may just buy a new one. Also (and this is very important to me) how is the recoil. I have a .270win and i don’t think the recoil is too bad on it. How much recoil can I expect out of a Mosin with a rubber recoil pad? Like a 12 gauge perhaps? am 16, 6’2, and weigh about 175lbs. Finally, how accurate are they? I don’t plan on buying optics for this rifle. Are they heavy after a while? Thanks for all your help.
