Should British Airways be penalised for lost luggage?
They and others should be held to account for the ongoing “loss” of luggage. There is more to this so called lost luggage than meets the eye of the traveling public, its a multi million pound industry! quite frankly the CPS should have looked into it years ago but because the “loss” is covered by travel insurance everyone turns a blind eye to the possible criminality thats going on day after day at our airports.
