Should there be a more rigorous requirement for people with five years of experience coming in from out-of-state before they get a Professional Educator license?

We believe that through the training they had at their college (usually using similar standards), the out-of-state review by DPI staff, and the opportunity they will have to be a part of the new licensing system, these out-of-state Educators will be well prepared to meet Wisconsins high standards.
