The Thunderhawk Performance lower torque box kit has two control arm mounting holes. What do these do, and why would I want to change my control arm mounting position?
For almost everyone, the stock control arm mounting point works just fine. However, many racers over the years have found that lowering the control arm mounting point at the front of the lower control arm improves traction under certain circumstances at the drag strip. We have built our torque box kit with this added feature to allow more precise positioning of the control arm for those people who choose to re-position their control arms.
