Hardware – 12 months replacement warranty on SpeechMikes and Foot Switches. Manufacture’s warranty on portable recorders and headsets. Software upgrades / maintenance – 15% P.A. (payable in advance) or 25% P.A. accumulative if paid later. Support – 30 days software technical support however not inclusive for underlying environment issues.
