What are the advantages of the Crossbar?
The Crossbar is power-driven so it is easily adjustable, can be set to any height needed, and is used for a number of different exercises. It allows for situations where the hands need to be close together and it’s large diameter makes it easier to grip for arthritic hands. The Crossbar is also perfect for various stretching exercises such as hamstring stretching.
