What are the classifications of flat die pellet machine ?
Pellets made of wood (sawdust), straw, seaweed etc, fall under the so called 3 E system. (Economic, Efficient, Ecological.) By pelletizing such products you can benefit from your waste, saving you money.
Pellet machine is also called pellet press machine, pellet making machine, pellet extruder, pellet granulator and so on. The letter “machine” can be replaced by the letter “mill”, like the pellet mill, pellet making mill, pellet press mill.
Based on the materials, you can call wood pellet machine, sawdust pellet machine, biomass pellet machine, straw pellet machine, stalk pellet machine, feed pellet machine, coconut husk pellet machine, palm fiber pellet machine, rice husk pellet machine, manure pellet machine and so on.
According to the structure, there are two kinds of pellet machines, one is flat die pellet machine, and one is ring die pellet machine. Besides, you can classify pellet machines according to their application, such as pellet machine for feed. As we all know, animal feed includes poultry feed, floating fish feed, pet feed, pig feed, cattle feed, sheep fish etc. So sometimes also call animal feed pellet machine, poultry feed pellet machine etc. The same is true with the straw, there are wheat straw, rice straw, corn straw, potato straw, cotton straw, sugarcane straw and other crops straws.
According to the whether the pellet machine moved, you can call mobile pellet machine, stationary pellet machine. Since the mobile pellet machine is always driven by the tractor, you also call pellet machine without engine, pellet machine for tractor, pellet machine with PTO.
Working with our pellet mill is unique. The rest of the material is returned back via an overflow system to the feeding hopper, so the material continually circulates through the feed system. The overflow system and the feeding hopper are a closed circuit which reduces dust particles and product waste.
Material fed through the dosage system can be mixed with other added components i.e. water or other fluid, via our unique moisture dosing system. It then falls directly to the granulator. By means of high pressure and temperature the granulized material is partially plasticized while going through the granulation matrix.
