What are the costs involved for getting frozen sperm?
We charge an initial registration fee of $150, which includes an introductory consultation with a licensed Medical Provider and ongoing support throughout the insemination process. A vial of frozen sperm from PRS costs anywhere from $360 to $550, depending on whether the donor is Willing To Be Known (WTBK) or Anonymous, and the type of specimen desired (ICI or IUI).
