Special Category: • Certification Authorities (CAs) operating in the Special Category will be required to meet the standards for Highly Protected as set out in the Australian Government Information and Communications Technology Security Manual (ACSI33) and the Protective Security Manual (PSM). • Relationship Organisation operating in the Special Category will be Listed under Gatekeeper. • Certificates are issued on the basis of the Relationship Organisation’s Evidence of Identity (EOI) Model and can only be used within a defined Community of Interest.
