– WESTERN BOUNDARY: CTH U, 136th Avenue, both sides. – SOUTHERN BOUNDARY: State Line Road, 128th Street, north side, must be a resident of Pleasant Prairie. – EASTERN BOUNDARY: Lake Michigan. – NORTHERN BOUNDARY: CTH K, 60th Street, both sides, from Lake Michigan to the 13600 block. The second step is to obtain an application at the Pleasant Prairie Village Hall, 9915 39th Avenue, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. In the event you are unable to visit the Village Hall during those hours, contact the Fire Chief, at 262-694-8027.
