What are the measurable indicators for the evaluation of the grant?
Measurable indicators will be assigned to all objectives as appropriate. To this end, project data will be collected and analyzed for each year nested in the following layers (refer to graphic depiction in Image 6): (1) district/project, (2) school, (3) teacher, and (4) class/student. (Refer to Table 5: Measurable Indicators in Section 4 for a complete list of data to be collected.) Comprehensive examination of all project-eligible teachers and their school and classes will be conducted August 2004 and May 2005, 2006, and 2007.
