Why? This problem is usually indicated by the “Cannot Open User File” error box. The primary reason that you are unable to log into the Estimator application after installation is due to the software being installed in a Client-Only mode when the intended use is a Standalone installation. Most customers should perform a Typical (Standalone) installation. This standalone environment installs a special file (estimator_users.bin) on the local PC. The Client-Only installation expects the file to be located on a server that Estimator can communicate w
