What are the top forms of cardio I can perform for a full body workout?
Swimming, Rowing and Kick boxing are 3 of my top cardio recommendations for full body muscle work and intense cardio work. Each of these 3 use your entire body for the muscle work, all three have great core work involved with them and each of them are incredibly difficult from a cardio stand point. If you are starting these as new activities, I recommend starting each of them for small amounts of time or in intervals. Try alternating 5 minutes on the rowing machine with 5 minutes on the treadmill for 30 minutes. Or try swimming 2 minutes, resting 1 minute for a total of 20 minutes.
