ITS supports Outlook 2003 & 2007 for Windows PCs and Entourage for Macs. Limited support is available for Thunderbird and MacMail. To fully utilize the features in IRIS, you will need to use Outlook on the PC, Entourage on the Mac, or the robust Outlook Web Access (OWA). Current Thunderbird and MacMail users can configure their email client to look at the new mail server, however, they offer only limited functionality and, most importantly, calendaring is not available through these clients.
