The bag limit for the holiday (special antlerless) deer gun season is one antlerless deer. Deer harvested during the holiday season are considered bonus deer and do not count against the hunter’s combined season deer limit. All annual license holders need to have a holiday deer gun license. Unfilled deer gun licenses and deer muzzleloader licenses are invalid for the holiday deer gun season. Lifetime license holders, senior citizen’s license holders (65 years and older) and 100% resident disabled veterans are exempt from the purchase of the holiday deer gun license.
