I’d like to tell you something about flat die pellet mill. When machine is working, pressure roller and the die in relative movement bring material which is clamped, compressed and compacted into the die holes, cut and formed into pellets or blocks through modeling hole.
Flat die pellet machine is divided into two kinds of transmission forms: one is that roller frame is fixed on the chassis, the spindle drives die to rotate actively; the other, the die is in fixed situation, the spindle drives roller frame.
Working principle of the two kinds of driving modes actually is the same.
