What exactly is a four way meeting?
A four way meeting is a settlement meeting attended by the two spouses and their respective attorneys. It is typically held in the office of one of the attorneys and is aimed at discussing the outstanding issues and seeing if a resolution of some or all of them can be attained. Such a meeting is usually, although not always held after the parties have exchanged their financial documents.
