Blue Valley Ranch is open space and it will remain open space. The owners of the ranch are committed to the conservation of this land. They have worked hard to improve the fishery in the Blue River and the wildlife habitat on the ranch. They did not work to improve the ranch habitat to see it be destroyed by development.
