What happens during the “get acquianted” visit?
Once you have a specific date in mind for your trip, or, you need to have a sitter come in during the day while you are work, we would like to come by and introduce ourselves. During our meeting we will get acquainted with your pet’s special likes and dislikes, dietary needs, and exercise routine. We want your pet to be as comfortable as possible while you are away. Please have the name and phone number of your veterinarian handy and the name and number of someone we can contact in case of an emergency. We will pick up the house key at this time and ask you to sign a short contract. The information that is collected during our meeting will be held in strict confidentiality. The house key that we hold will be coded anonymously; in the event that it is misplaced it will be untraceable to your home.
