What happens if a bike breaks down? Should we carry spare parts with us like spark plugs, wire for accelerator and brakes, oil?
A. Most of Motoreast Tours benefit from a support vehicle that will be driven by a mechanic who can fix basic breakdowns. In case of a major breakdown, we load the bike in the van and drive it to the next town where there is a bike service. During the expeditions in foreign countries, we have contacts in all the countries that can assist us with breakdown or maintenance problems. The Motoreast guides normally carry tires repair kits, minor spare parts and first aid kit.
