What happens in an average coaching session?
An average session generally involves checking in with how you are currently, any news that you would like to share, how progress went on your goals from last week, what you would like to focus on this week, general discussion and exploration of new issues through questioning, mirroring, reframing and sharing observations, supporting you to inquire into your deeper motivations, asking you to envision solutions that work for you and would make you happy, committing to actions for the week that feel good to you, wrapping up with a summary and confirming our next meeting.
