What happens in EDs e-Recruit System (EdHIRES)?
In the ED e-Recruit System (EdHIRES) you will answer vacancy specific questions necessary to evaluate your qualifications for the specific job to which you are applying. When completed, the information you provided at USAJOBS and the answers to the EdHIRES questions will become your application. After the vacancy closes, the Human Resource Specialist uses EdHIRES to identify those candidates with the related experience and are referred to the hiring agency.
