Once consent forms are received BackCheck can proceed with the services requested. Access to information is restricted at this point to end-users as defined by our clients. Your personal information is stored and maintained for a period of time as required by privacy legislation, audit purposes, and client requirements. This information is not accessible to outside sources or any third parties.
