What if the item that I request is in the lending librarys rare or reference collection?
Any item loaned to us is bound by not only the lending library’s policies, but also our own. If a library states that an item may not leave the library, we follow their policy. Likewise, if an item is loaned to us from their Reserve, Reference, or Journal collection, it is automatically bound by our policies and may not leave the library.
