While it is possible to use most browsers, the Smith Barney Benefit Access web site is designed to operate with: Microsoft® Internet Explorer version 5.0 or up OperaTM 7.6 and up Netscape® version 7.1 MozillaTM Firefox SafariTM 1.2 and up The web browser used must be cookie enabled, 128-bit encrypted, and support Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), JavaScript, and the ability to make asynchronous requests (Also referred to as AJAX). In case of IE, ActiveX must be turned on (Note : No ActiveX controls will be downloaded to the users PC). While it is possible to use most browsers, the Smith Barney Benefit Access web site may not be fully compatible with all Internet browsers. In addition, certain users may be eligible upon logon to enter our newly re-designed web site which requires Adobe Flash player 9.0.47.0 or higher.
