What is a good persuasive speech topic for teens?
Something you might want to do is look in local or school newspapers and see what issues come up. One issue may be the exit exam tests here in California. This is an issue because many teens are failing the test and are not passing highschool. SOmething that can be done about it is protesting, writing to local congress and getting involved in the process. I am hesitant to let you get away with doing a speech on why it sucks to not be allowed to bring iPods to school or something like that. So really try to think of a realistic issue teens face. Like: Sex, drugs Pressure from parents. Divorce at home No community outreach to teenagers.
