A personal leadership plan is a tool for the online member that will help them to 1) determine what FCCLA programs they are interested in learning more about, and 2) provides a way for the chapter advisor to connect them to the family and consumer sciences content areas. FCCLA is a part of family and consumer sciences education, so the link to FCS classes, topics, or activities needs to be reinforced.
