The half-hour window or time range for your pickup provides flexibility for our computerized scheduling system and drivers to provide more rides for our customers. How does it work? The Reservationist will confirm your pickup window from home, for example between 8:00 a.m. and 8:30 a.m. This is only an example. Your actual window time(s) will depend on the distance to be travelled and whether rides are shared with other customers.
