What is American Flagpole & Flag Co.’s return policy?
Merchandise which is not made to order or custom ordered may be returned for a full refund less shipping charges within 30 days of product purchase. In order to receive a full refund the product must be in new condition, in the original package, accompanied by a copy of receipt. Contact customer service for a return authorization prior to returning any merchandise. Return freight and insurance is the customer’s responsibility unless an error was made by American Flagpole & Flag Co.
